The FIA deem themselves to be such an entity now, they're even handing down suspended sentances.

Bring it on. I'm still waiting for Massa's punishment for nailing Bourdais (I think) when he cam out of the pits in Fuji last year!

I just wish that it was one set of rules for all. I think what has really made me pay attention to it lately is when Hitler ahem sorry I mean Max Mosely came out & said that Ferrari deserve more recognition (I believe the phrase he used was 'bigger slice of the pie') than anyone else, because they'd been in the game longest.

They can do whatever they want with budget caps etc, but when you have the president of the FIA going public with statements like that - it simply won't bring new teams to the grid.
