- Live Timing:
Welcome to the TEC Bathurst support race! The race meeting is scheduled for Friday, August 5th @ 9pm BST.
As voted on, this support race will feature TCC cars currently competing in the TORA TCC Championship. However, the race formula will differ.
There will be no team entries, only individual drivers. There will be 2 rounds, approximately 25min & 30min respectively. Detailed settings for each part of the race can be found in the spoilers below.
- Qualifying:
- Qualifying commences at 9pm BST. Please be online and prepared to race 15min before qualifying is scheduled to start.
Qualifying will take place over a 6 lap session.
This consists of;
1 x 'Out Lap'
4 x 'Hot Laps'
1 x 'Slow Down' lap
-Collisions will be forced off
-Damage will be set to Simulated damage
-There will be no roll off delay - you must find your own space on track.
-The Grid will be set to Random
-Once you complete all 4 hot laps you will meet in the first corner so that the lobby marshals can take down your qualifying time and conduct scrutineering if required.
-Times will then be uploaded to the Live Timing application by the chief marshal of the meeting
-Clean laps take preference over Dirty laps. A slower clean lap will qualify in front of a faster Dirty lap.
- Round 1:
- Grid Order: Qualifying Results
Start: Standing Start
Laps: 12 (1 warmup + 11 race laps)
Points: 125 for 1st place, -1 for every subsequent position
Bonus Points: 1st = 8, 2nd = 5, 3rd = 2
-Collisions will be default
-Damage will be set to Simulated damage
-There will be a 5min end of race timer
-Results will be uploaded to the Live Timing application by the chief marshal of the meeting
- Round 2:
- Grid Order: Round 1 Results Reversed
Start: Standing Start
Laps: 14 (1 warmup + 13 race laps)
Points: 125 for 1st place, -1 for every subsequent position
Bonus Points: 1st = 8, 2nd = 5, 3rd = 2
-Collisions will be default
-Damage will be set to Simulated damage
-There will be a 5min end of race timer
-Results will be uploaded to the Live Timing application by the chief marshal of the meeting
Participants are expected to uphold the same level of driving quality & etiquette as the main TEC event.
Registration will be open up to 1 hour before the scheduled meeting time. By submitting an entry, you are also signing yourself in for the race meeting. Any adjustments to your entry, such as withdrawals and car changes, should be submitted as a new post quoting your most recent entry, post edits will be missed.

I have just been sent a build for the Chevy and it has been added to the car list. Also, please reach out to anyone who might be interested and see if they want to run, as we probably won't go ahead with so few entries.
