No need to understand that part, since there are no regulations in effect in regards to liveries for this season. ^^
You must've gotten an early version of the registration form, so Kudos for being the early bird

Teams can feel free to use the same livery but are not required to do so.

Thanks for the info.

In PCARS you can join ongoing sessions while they are still in practice-, qualifying- or warm-up-mode. So as soon as you're online, try to join our party and if we actually started already, somebody who is currently sitting in the pits can invite you to the lobby. Also, we usually start a few minutes after the actual start time because there's always one/two having issues connecting or simply not appearing online. ^^
