The Mazda LMP car will be using the current build (PI of P976) with an added 5% Power Handicap.

GT Changes-
Lamborghini Huracan will run at R843 PI, which will be achieved by removing 1 tire width from the front (I believe it's 305 width from 325).
Further changes may occur within the GT class, which will be announced as soon as they are confirmed.

Please note that the BOP has been confirmed for Road Atlanta in both classes, and these changes have been made in the car builds thread.
