Welcome to the inaugural season of the new Mighty Mites Championship..

Mighty Mites is the next generation of the TORA Hot Hatch Challenge, albeit with a fresh car list featuring some of the four smallest Hot Hatches in the game. Extraordinary racing can come from the most ordinary cars.

Another new feature for this season, and this has been a long time coming, is the addition of a third series championship, as we welcome the Australian-Pacific region alongside long running European and American series championships. This is a first for TORA, and hope to see it continue from this point forward.

This is the place to rant, rave and otherwise discuss all things Mighty Mites.

Sport tires are mandatory? Making sure it's not a typo, I've rarely seen sport tires in TORA.

Yes, Sport Tires are mandatory this time around. Keeps them atop C Class for one, and makes one have to drive the car with a little more finesse.

The Abarth can be RWD swapped and still fall in the 2300-2500lb benchmark, is this going to be allowed?

The benchmark's 2300 to 2400 lbs. Tried to make some RWD and AWD builds for all cars yesterday but I couldn't get a single one under 2400 lbs.
No need to ban drivetrain swaps if you can't make the car legal. Well played, Mickey.

Is the '09 Corsa the car they used to use for the "stars in reasonably priced cars" segments of Top Gear? Before Clarkson started punching staff in the face, of course.

I had to look it up - they used the Astra rather than the Corsa.

Damn. Guess I'll have to find another way to decide on a car. All these little hatchbacks seem to be about the same with me behind the wheel (or sticks I guess?). Might have to resort to eeny-meany-miney-mo. At least the Corsa was similar enough to what they used to make me remember how much I miss Top Gear.

yep

After bringing it up with Staff, we won't be using the FRR at this time. Maybe once it gets fine tuned, but not right away.

so with the renault being at 197 and only upgradeable option for hp puts it at 200 has anyone tested to see if it will be allowed in lobby not wanting to build test and tune it if it will cause problems race night

You can get it to fit at 200 HP, I forgot what part to use but it will fit in the lobby. To check this, you can go to freeplay and set the lobby to less than or equal to 200 HP. If you can select the car, it's legal!
