Stewards Decision: Final Warning to literally everyone.

This is caused by Elbflorenz completely mucking up the start procedure. The lobby host should've called for a restart in this case, 100%. It led to everyone doing this half-baked "do I catch up? Do I not?" slinky effect and over half the lobby was going too fast at the race start.

All drivers: If you are speeding at the start/finish line when the race starts in any future round, you're getting a -5 position penalty for a first offense, -10 for a second, and a DQ for everything beyond that. It is not difficult to run a 2x2 formation lap and not exceed a given speed. If you are unfamiliar with the start procedure, read up the rules and regs and/or ask a Marshal or Staff member.

All lobby hosts: If the start looks like this, call for a restart. This isn't fair to anyone to have a start go this poorly.

Description by Freheliaz: As I'm fighting with the Blue McLaren. I get clipped from behind by the Black Audi of HCR Chicain. Which sends me off into the gravel at the turn. Costing me to loose multiple places.

Stewards Decision: Round DQ for ENS Typick. There is zero, absolutely ZERO, tolerance for running an incorrect build. This is not difficult to adhere to. Nowhere in the build rules does it say to upgrade the rims, so why they are aftermarket rims on this car, I've no idea.

Description by Luckybaseball98 : Varus is very slow at this part of the track and could have let both cars go by. Instead, a 3 wide incident occurs in the first sector. After that, Turbos pushes ZeroRumble off the track with no intent of letting off the gas. I really don’t who is at fault here.

Description by SVR Norbert: LSEM Turbo went into the pits and after leaving it, he rejoined the race in an unsafe manner. He went back right onto the racing line - most likely without looking around -, into incoming, way faster traffic. In this process he also managed to cut the yellow pit exit line.

Stewards Decision: -3 Position Penalty for an illegal pit exit AND causing contact. There was zero need for any sort of contact, especially since Norbert was allowing space for Turbo to exit the pits. Drivers exiting the pits must ALWAYS yield to oncoming traffic.

Description by ENJ E1usion: I was minding my own business keeping space for the other competitors around me/in front. LMP Bubs in his Porsche and I believe it was Turbo in the 370. Coming into turn 1 Big Ben decided to throw a optimistic lunge and shoved me off the track.

Stewards Decision: Racing Incident for the contact between Big Ben and Elusion - You can't turn into someone after they've made 95% of a pass and blame them for it. In addition, a warning is given to ENJ Elusion for extending track limits. Though no discernible advantage is gained, drivers must keep 2 tires inside of the painted lines or kerbing (whichever is used) at all times.

Description by RW26 BLAZE: LMP Grizz attempted to pass the GTA leader LMP Crimsonify. Grizz tried to take the racing line, miss times it and pushes Crimsonify off the track. Crimsonify lost no places. LMP Grizz did admit his fault and lagged out later before the end.

Stewards Decision: Warning to LMP Grizz. This is a unique scenario where the SI was not filed by one of the drivers involved, and Grizz lagged out before the end of the race. Giving a race position penalty in this case, compounded by the fact that no positions were lost in this incident, would not have made sense. It's not to say if one lags out after wrecking somebody gives you immunity, but this is a special case.

Stewards Decision: -3 Position penalty to LSEM Turbo for an unsafe rejoin. The fact that the GTO cars avoided him as he traversed the racing line is a minor miracle. This was the second unsafe rejoin in the same race from him, the other being a reckless exit from the pits.

I think the clips say enough for themselves.

Stewards Decision: -3 Position Penalty given to SFM Benedict for failing to brake appropriately in relation to the car in front of him (Bucktide), who was then sent into the rear corner of Freheliaz, who was yeeted into the grass in T1. This is seen best in the YouTube clip. The opening lap of a race is not one where you should expect to take your "normal" racing lines. Running into the back of someone's car is 99.99% your fault, unless that person is braking full-stop on an open straight without traffic. Short of that, it's your responsibility to not rear-end someone.

Description by Bucktide: Entering into turn 3 with Grizz close behind, leaving space because i knw he was coming faster behind. As soon as I started to turn in, I saw a splitsecond of Grizz's front as I'm being punted completely off. Looking at the replay, Grizz came from way back and unsuccessfully tried to divebomb me from what I could tell. In doing so he made hard contact with my side, sending me spinning. The contact clearly happened, as seen by both he and I receiving race reg time penalties for contact.

Stewards Decision: No Action - Lag Spike. An unfortunate event that does occur when racing on Forza is the lag spike. For the uninitiated, it's when aliens raid the Microsoft servers and try to abduct random cars off track, and when they fail, attempt to return as if nothing ever happened. This, is what happened here.

At the end of the xbox clip, you can see Grizz's car receive a side swipe even though there's a car width between he and Bucktide. This conclusively proves that yes, contact was made, but not because Grizz lost control of his car. It was the aliens.

Though not a formal SI, it was brought to the attention of Staff that SVR Saltibancos ran an illegal build during the Silverstone round of GT Cup. This results in a full round DQ for this driver.

Description by LMP Dragon: I went to his inside, he covered me off, then cut back right in front of me to defend, making me nudge him, he then track extended to keep the position.

Stewards Decision: Warning to RW26 Blaze for moving under braking (not quite an illegal block but ill-advised), extending track limits to maintain position and an unsafe rejoin after contact (Stowe Corner); and -3 position penalties given to Blaze and LMP Dragon for egregious track limit violations (Club Corner). This entire sequence of corners to end the race is loaded with issues but the summary of them are as follows. The track limits unless specifically noted are defined by the painted lines on the sides of the track. That means, you must keep 2 tires within this limit. Going 30+ feet beyond that, is taking the rulebook and throwing it into a paper shredder. If you're punted way out wide it's one thing - to keep the the throttle in the carpet (as you can hear in the video clip) is not that. As head steward, I have no patience for anyone that wants to disregard the rules so blatantly. This happened to be the last lap of the race so Dragon and Blaze were not wanting to give up, but guys - You can't full throttle Club Corner and nearly hit the sand on the outskirts of the track and expect that to be acceptable racecraft.

Stewards Decision: Racing Incident. T1 at Hockenheim is a slight brake in most downforce-laden cars. Elbflorenz makes a mistake and drops over 10 MPH on exit, which gives Grizz nowhere to go, and incidental contact is made.

Description by SFM Benedict: Grizz took a dive up the inside of the last but one corner when there wasnt space as i was already turning in and spun me

Stewards Decision: Racing Incident. Grizz makes an aggressive but fair move up the inside, getting his car along side Benedict. Benedict cuts back across Grizz's nose as if he wasn't there, resulting in contact and instead of rolling off the throttle, easing the car towards the drag strip on the left, he floors it, spinning himself all the way around 180 degrees. This easily could've been a non-incident had Benedict just reacted properly.
