2023 TORA Endurance Championship - Car List & Build Rules

*BoP UPDATE FOR ROAD AMERICA*

The following car received minor updates:

• 1993 Peugeot #3 Peugeot Talbot Sport 905 Evo 1C
  Heavier rims and increased rear tire widths
  

This change has been made since Dev Team found out the previous build could be exploited without any stats changing.

*BoP UPDATE FOR ROAD AMERICA (FINAL ONE, I PROMISE)*

The following car received minor updates:

• 1993 Peugeot #3 Peugeot Talbot Sport 905 Evo 1C
  Lighter rims and decreased rear tire widths
  

Sorry for the confusion surrounding the Peugeot. The previous change was made because the build before could be exploited. However, further testing showed this build to be slightly off-pace. The new build can also be exploided by increasing the rear tire width without any stats nor PI changing. Adding the rear tire width is illegal. If you're caught running with the rear tire width it'll result in a disqualification. Furthermore, dev testing showed the car is slower with the increased rear tire width.

*BoP UPDATE FOR ROAD AMERICA (AGAIN, SORRY)*

The following car received minor updates:

• 1988 Jaguar #60 Castrol Jaguar Racing XJR-9
  Heavier rims
  

After some more testing it shows the Jaguar was clearly OP. Dev Team initially missed this. By retesting the cars (as we did for Peugeot as well) and input from the community (as we got for the Peugeot too) it became clear this late BoP change was necessary.

I’ll just stop making promises about final BoP changes. But I don’t see any more changes coming. I can promise nothing will change once qualifying gets underway.

  Stock restrictor, removal of power handicap and lighter rims
  
• 1991 Mazda #55 Mazda 787B
  Race driveline and reduced rear tire width
  
• 1989 Mercedes-Benz #63 Sauber-Mercedes C 9
  Lighter rims
  
• 1985 Nissan #83 Electramotive Engineering GTP ZX-Turbo
  Restrictor change, 5% power handicap added and heavier rims
  
• 1993 Peugeot #3 Peugeot Talbot Sport 905 Evo 1C
  Lighter rims
  
• 1988 Porsche #17 Porsche Dunlop 962C
  Lighter rims
  
• 1990 Mercury #15 Whistler Radar Cougar XR-7
  Heavier rims

Keep in mind the changes listed above are compared to the previous builds for Watkins Glen, not compared to the builds used at Sebring or Road America.
