2009 Nurburg 24 Hrs - Sunday 11th October - Open

That was really good fun tonight! Some of my crashes were quite histerical but it was great to finally get a win in GT1!

I have to say a big congradulations to all of the class championship winners:

LMP1 - AJzero
LMGT1 - Plow the Butcher
LMGT2 - F4H Gashi (could be wrong! Hard to tell when Live timing isn't.....live at the minute! lol)
LMGT3 - BRM sBiggs

im curious about next season. For the top 3 finishers in each class this year, will we/they be able to use #'s 1-3 for each class? i.e.: Butcher with #1-GT1, and myself #2-GT1, etc...

Pretty good race overall. Car responded fairly well, just my week off of Forza and coming back to it on NURBURGRING didn't help the matter. I had some alright times coming but stupid penalty added much more than it needs to.
Not too exciting besides two people being booted and one person run out of gas, but it was definately a good end to the season that I actually got to finish.

great plan.

overall i'm glad i was able to lock out 3rd place in the standings and get a top 10 overall, which is what i was shooting for at the start of the season.

i'm more upset about what was shaping up to be an epic race between heat, avenger and i fizzled out even before we really got a chance to warm up the tires...oh well.

i may have gotten 2nd overall in gt2

I know it may not mean much, but it wasn't as good as it might seem. It was great for awhile, but then we got pretty spread out for the last 30 min.

Bring on 2010 I say, might actualy stay in the ol' GT class depending on how things pan out, can't wait to race against some rookies and the veterans. Its been a great season, Sebring seems like so long ago... Can't beleive I was in LMP1 at the start of the season. Great way to end the season getting a win for MB Motorsport.

Now to the future...

Hey! I never tested a GT4!

i tested a GranTurismo @ Sebring b4 the beginning of the series, and thought some of those GT4 cars couldve fit in higher classes, but that didnt happen.

i wouldve love a gt2 massi Gran turismo

i nearly made it tho. if i hadnt spent 3 laps going off track and spinning and wasting petroel i wouldve made 4 laps no problem
