Time Attack 2?

I'm thinking of running another Time Attack on FM2 for those of you who won't have FM3 in the very near future (Slider, I know you won't have it until early december) I'd like to use more or less the same rules as last time, but using the tracks I originally wanted to use instead. I'll run it as a side series, so no required input from Tora execs (although any would be appreciated) I'm hoping for a full lobby, but with FM3 looming I know this won't be so popular.

I'm revising the rules a bit to define them better as last time there was confusion, which led to (what I thought) was a slightly unfair loophole (no punishment for changing cars, allowing people to have a specialised car for each track effectively)

Here's the few revisions;
-Cars may be switched ONCE, but it will cost you 10 points. The second time you switch, all accrued points will be lost.
-No official stickers, but cars must have your number on the roof and below the wing mirror, car should be race themed.
-Each meeting one member will win a bonus of 5 points for best paint (must be painted by the driver to be eligible) of the night, no real rules on this, apart from no voting for yourself, and no driver can win twice. Votes to be submitted to ME at the end of each race night.
