This is a really silly championship. It was a really great GT2 car that deserved to be in the regular LMS series. I do blame the people who already had made posts about using the car before release time, but seriously, this is going to be a pointless tourney. This championship doesn't deserve the R8. Seriously.

Regulation Clarification Empty Re: Regulation Clarification

Post by Matt Thu 14 Jan 2010 - 11:44

..... I think you guys are jumping the gun entirely.

And EVERYONE knows the Audi was under consideration for the LMS. It doesn't go in until such time as we say so.
Do you honestly expect that we will add EVERY bit of DLC material we can? No. How does that make us look?

And yes, there has indeed been an issue with the shall we say, advanced postings for a car that is not regestered. HOWEVER, I don't think slating a series you don't really know about ids a bit off. This gives everyone the opportunity to race those cars that are nt able to in the LMS. Becuase if anyone thinks I was about to let 6-9+ Audis into the GT2 as some seemed to be expecting they would have been sorely let down.

Sigh!!

Post by Ax4x Chaddy Thu 14 Jan 2010 - 12:56

this championship is pointless, its just the LMS with 2 cars!!!!!!!!! theres no point if your running the LMS. and anyway guys are loving the tascar atm so why dont you just move that forward, kill this championship, and do a seat supercup championship where the tascar is??? that would be a lot more fun.

no it the way i meant that was to do just the r8 lms on its own without setups or upgrades like the seats. this championship and the way ur doing it is pointless so i aint lost all credibilty aj. the staff at tora are blind atm, u just aint seeing how much the drivers here love tascar and would rather race it than this ****

TASCAR is and will come Chad but tbh, this offers people the chance to race the R8 LMS.
If you're not interested in racing it then simply don't!!

Post by Richy59 Thu 14 Jan 2010 - 14:20

I have no interest in running in this series but a lot of other people may want to so I wouldn't be so blind to just say get rid of it on the basis that you don't like it. TASCAR is awesome and I can't wait but a number of us still need some proper practice and bringing it forward would just ruin the championship with non stop crashes.
