While not the most technical of paintjobs I've done, I went for an original club look for this one.




The stripes are metallic, although don't show great in the pics. I basically picked up my Thomson directory, and found some local companies that I thought woud suit the look of a club rally car. They don't tend to carry lavish liveries or blue-chip sponsors, but there was quite a bit of logo work required.

This STR livery was shown at the Autosport International Show this weekend, as a promotional livery for the team and sponsors, but it is one of the best liveries the team has ever had, so I was itching to paint it. Layer count is high (maxed out the sides) so had to loose some detail on the smaller technical partner logos, but the paint still looks great IMO. Quite proud of this one, as I started painting it yesterday morning, and had to do almost every logo from scratch. With a demanding 3 week old child in the house, that meant it was very stop-start, so was happy it came out as good as it did.

A few more recent completions.

Henri Toivonen's Talbot Sunbeam from the 1980 Lombard Rally, painted on a Dodge Omni. Was inspired to paint this from seeing others use the Omni as a Sunbeam. This is free on my Brenneke storefront.





Painted the 22GT Racing Aston Martin from the British GT in Forza 2, so decided to paint the 2011 version. Fairly simple livery, other than a few complicated logos.



Transferred the Dynojet 2011 Avensis paint from the Kia to the Prius, looks good imho.



And this Mazda was inspired by a Matchbox paint. Spotted it in my work, and decided to replicate it in Forza. The original paint was a bit basic other than the main base of the livery, so spruced it up a bit.

Dammit, I was actually thinking of mocking up the DynoJet Avensis on the Prius

For the 3rd place final in the TRoC I had the electric tesler set up as the car, but Mark went off line so it never happened

Nope, not at all, as it is one of mine too. It actually does look the t*ts.

Body-kitted one at F200, stuck that paint on it then did 2 laps of the Nurburgring against AI. Was lapping at 11 minutes, but it's oddly silent with just the wind and tyre noise for 25 minutes!

Scott, I sent you a FR. We have a seat supercup series coming and I would love to show off your SEAT livery.

I sent you a design with the Boards ect on. Is this how it works ??

If the design you sent me has the boards in the locations you need them, I'll transfer them onto the livery you want, and then apply them to a car for that livery, ie Focus. I will then put the new livery on a car and put it in the AH at cost price at a time we are both online so you can buy it.
