Qualifying

I don't have the GP track, and don't plan on buying it. Will I have to sit out of qualifying?

Hey Nicky,

Yes we can record your time for the Nurburgring (full) but as you do not have the GP circuit you will have to end up behind people who have qualified on both circuits, but rember you can beat people up and down the lobbys like we did for the V8's Smile

so all is not lost

I think that's unfair!!! If the race is taking place on the Nordschleife track then qualifying should be on there we dont have the Behemoth and we wont be racing on the GP track so why cant we just qualify on the Nordschleife track Suspect

ummm both tracks? Have I missed some rules for this?

Is there a confirmed date yet as well? I thought it was going to be the 19th but website calendar says the 11th?

Date will be around the 19th of Decmber nothing set in stone but Sunday near that date.

Rules will be confirmed next week or so.

I'd really settle on a date sooner than later. Its not far off now...plus it'll be close to Christmas and all.

19th it will be. I've pencilled in three pre-qualifying sessions on the Tuesday and Thrusday on the weekof the race at 8pm, and the Saturday at 10pm.

Qualifying WILL be a combined time taken from the GP Short and Nordschleife circuits. This is so that we can get an impression from the GP times of how close everyone is on a circuit where driver consistancy is likely to be higher.

If you do not have the GP circuit pack, I would highly recommend downloading it as we use it often, across many series. If you choose not to make this purchase, as with any round in a series which would take place on this circuit, you will score a DNS for that part of qualifying.
