Ok so outside of England and the United States the only other way around having a 2 or even 3 driver nation would be to have Ireland Scotland and Wales merge into "The Celtic Team" (Pronounced Kel, not Sell).

Not quite yet Chucky, maybe we should agree on what to call the tournament (ie "The [insert name of driver who spent equal amount of time in european and amerian racing, possibly Teo Fabi] Trophy/Cup/Shield/Mug/Bowl/Plate/Napkin"), and more importantly the format of the competition.
