Any gt2 times now that the special handicaps have been announced? I've currently got my R8LMS into the 4:02's (3:55's before the power handicap)

Edit: I've lost about 90hp with the cap, now dynoing at 493 down from 580

I don't think i'll be able to race at Le Mans unfortunately, but recently with the new power handicaps i've done a 3.59 in the Panoz!

I thought that would be the case. The Panoz has soooo much grip, it overcomes any power handicap, imo. A 4:02 definitely cannot compete against a 3:59

ive built my Audi's with Grip in mind as it (explitive deleted) sucks in that department. But as i'm stuck in it until after the 2.4, i have to use it

How are you going that fast in P2? Even my best laps where I get the Porsches Curves perfect are no where near that. Are you finding all of that time on down the Mulsanne? I get to about 200mph at the end of each of the straights, but if I trim out anymore downforce to get that higher, I seem to lose too my time in the curves.

1. The Acura has more natural downforce than the Lola.

2. I suppose I should also say that that time is an ideal time. I used the Free Run mode and rewinds to optimize my perfect lap time.

So I probably won't be that fast in an actual race setting, but the car is capable of a 3:24.

Can I ask what times the diesels are setting around le mans?
Just wondering because I've just driven the lola aston around with the 5% power restriction and set a 3:16.8xx, about 2 seconds slower than what I set with full power. I'm pretty sure they're gonna go a lot quicker than this because I tested an R15 earlier with stock tune and I managed a 3:16.2xx.

I wish Forza had a way to change your TCS settings mid race like GT5 does. TCS is killing me through the Porsche Curves, but its almost impossible for me to get out of the chicanes without it on.

Did my first 10 laps at Le Mans now and hit a 3:15.7xx. Its pretty difficult to get a perfect lap together but when the concistancy is there, the laptimes will improve aswell.

Nice one vengeance. Even if you feel that you cant improve, you will always go quicker by driving more. I bet if you drive 50 more laps you will easily hit a 3.15.xxx..
