Haven't gotten a chance to see how my wheels look in motion. I like very much.

Re: ISCC Photo Thread
People will defernately disagree with me and I'm not saying this because it's my team, but I think our Lola Astons are the best looking cars on the grid in LMP1. I get goose-bumps when I look at any picture of the Lola Aston in Gulf livery and its spooky that I'm driving my favourite car with the Gulf livery............and with the 00 numbers

Re: ISCC Photo Thread
You know what... I completely agree Dan! They are really great looking cars and probably took a good while to complete but it was completely worth it!!

Well I'm gonna have a go at the Muscle Milk livery when I get chance to. Might make a start on it tonight I think.

Re: ISCC Photo Thread
Here's my take on the Muscle Milk Aston. Sorry about the terrible photos, I have no internet access for my xbox so had to use my phone. I haven't used Muscle Milk, instead I made the car as if it was an M&M Racing car for this season so it has the same sponsors as the GT2 car. Also bear in mind I did this from memory so I realize it isn't exactly accurate. Plan on making it better when I get home.

Re: ISCC Photo Thread
Cooorrrrr you muct be really heavy on your front brakes if you need that much venting for them
Tweeted this anyway

Re: ISCC Photo Thread
actually matt i think that's for Aero help because if you look to the leading edge of the cars dores there is a HUGE exit for heat and... well air so i think it's the new prototype aero technology of getting the air to flow through the car much like what is done for the R15.... the origional.

Re: ISCC Photo Thread
The main reason for those sorts of gills and slots (in my experience) to the rear of the wheels are mainly to reduce the difference in pressure in the wheel arches that can produce lift.
The 458 is a good example, the road car has the vent over the wheelarch that draws air out of that area and away from the tyres actually creating more downforce as the pressure changes.
Usually you will have two central channels in the air dam that will feed the engine (with venting on the bonnet for cooling) with the two channels on the edge of the central air dam feeling the brake ducts. Prototypes are probably slightly different as they can have ALOT more air moving around the front areas of the car as the engines are obviously mounted in the rear and don't have the frontal bodywork like GT class cars.

Re: ISCC Photo Thread
lol thanks, I just wanted a meaner front end. Been adding more vents to it, may add some at the back but you wouldn't see them very well
Re: ISCC Photo Thread

Re: ISCC Photo Thread
i personally like the black if he turns it into blue i think we would see a larger Calsonic logo on the side.
