Very Interesting, I am open to new ideas if any 1 can find a science based facts article relating to the video this would be cool.

Re: The Awesome Thread
UFO conspiracy theorists are morons. Daily Mail must be having a slow news day and have plucked one of the thousands of ''UFO NASA Cover up'' videos off the net.
Things like these are always a coincidence of light. And the spacecraft which image the sun do not image the sun in full light like we see it, they actually collect rays from the invisible spectrum, like infra-red to observe the sun.
And consider the size of the sun compared the the supposed 'UFO'. If an object that size were to 'hover' around the sun, you wouldn't miss it!
And there is no way something can simply hover above such a massive body (and by massive I mean large mass, and therefore very strong gravitational pull, as F=(Gmmx)/r^2) without using massive amounts of energy that may very well be impossible to obtain and use to keep a floating UFO there.
A small dose of critical thinking and a very basic understanding of newtonian mechanics disproves this.

I'd also like to point out that while any travelling species will have to be capable of interstellar spaceflight, they are still bound by orbital mechanics, and if they did want to hide from us, a far far far far easier and less wasteful way to do so would be to park in a heliocentric orbit from as far out as the apogee of Pluto, or in some hidden L-point of the Neptunian system. And I would assume that any kind of interstellar spaceflight capable civilisation would be smart enough to know this.

Currently, Metallica are playing the entire Black Album, from finish to start. This is awesome!
Re: The Awesome Thread
An interesting "early days" damage model being developed using the new CryEngine 3 engine. Would be cool to see a fully realised damage model in the next gen games. Still one of my favourite damage models in a car game was from Rallysport Challenge 2 on the original xbox. Amazing centrifugal destruction if you rolled the car with bits flying off in all directions. No surprise the damage modelling was so good when you realise the game was developed by DICE (developers of the Battlefield series). DICE, pleeease make RSC 3!!! Anyways, take a look at this:
Re: The Awesome Thread
That is awesome.
The best damage I've seen was definitely the original DIRT and GRID. DIRT 2 just didn't have the same level of destruction, or as good crash physics.
For physical reaction to crashes, Papyrus' GPL and NASCAR games were very very realistic.
And talking of games developers showing off new engines.. I was reminded of this demo of the Source engine by Valve, all those years ago. Listen to the gasps of amazement from the people watching!
