Ok, wait, now I'm really confused. I found a stream for it, but when does FP actually start? 4pm local which would be 9am PST? Time zones make my brain hurt.

Yea, same here. If I'm doing my time zones right, I think the schedule of the Le Mans website says it should start in 2 hours as well, but ADx Garage and some twitter post said it should be starting about now.
