V8 Supercars want a US round

Would be fantastic to see such an expansion of the V8 Supercars, would be fantastic if this turned it into a World Touring Car Championship that was worth having. Not sure how the Americans would respond, but surely they can get on the Watkins Glen or Sonoma NASCAR bills? Badge the Holden's up as Chevy's and get some NASCAR drivers to guest.

Now we can only hope that Europe is also considered, would be pretty much free advertisment for Opel (or Vauxhall).

This could work if done properly. Spend lots of money marketing it, and show it off as a ''world'' Touring Car race. Theres no point being all Australian, because people will be put off by that.

One can only hope that one day, the Bathurst 1000 becomes a trully international event on the world stage again!

i'd go depending on what track its at.

Road Atlanta

Has to be a track in California, or if they dare, a street track in Hawaii, If they time it right for 2013-14 to share the event with Indycars.
