Big Forza Ripoff!

I was browsing the cars on Forza 3 til I got to the locked Mercedes SLS. I selected it anyway and it took me to the download options? I thought, hey maybe you can download it now, so I clicked to confirm download, and...

Just done a random calculation and if you were to download this for the same money you could actually buy 216 REAL Mercedes SLS!!

Same goes for the Lexus LFA

It's cause they are in the UC only. You could save yourself a fortune and just go buy that for £10

I thought the reason for buying a VIP version was to get access to all cars tracks etc, this is as it was sold initially, if you'd have bought all of the updated disk's and content the cost would have been £285.99. cheers for the die hard support microsoft.

I know what you mean. I initially bought the standard copy of Forza 3 but later traded that in for the LCE a few weeks later for the extra content (and a crown next to my name) The LCE was the pinnicle copy of the game. After about a year they then open up the VIP status as a download making everyone abl to be a VIP. Then they make everyone second rate and release a "more VIP" copy of the game.

Forza 4 LCE is £59.99, and I can't help but feel that its not the most "VIP" version of the game in a couple of years time.

I,ve just worked out that spending 2 nights a week down the pub is more expensive than buying a copy of forza 4 that lasts alot longer.

Yeah biggs, I know what you mean, so you can upgrade everything with money so no VIP status is safe, but if you win a competition that is run on the forza site (which unless you hear of it from another gamer then your fuc88d) then you cant have the stig pack, how infuriating.
If it wasnt such a good game i'd bin the xbox, move to switzerland, marry a woman called helga, play a bugle every morning to upset the neighbours and go swimming in the nude hoping a sucking loach would be swimming by any time soon.
