TASCAR - Round 3 - Sedona Speedway - 27th August

This Saturday, the TASCAR series goes back to Oval racing @ Sedona Speedway. Saturday, August 27th, 2011. 9pm BST (4pm EST)



Qualifying:

Lobby Set to 4 laps. Cosmetic Damage, random grid order. Seeing the Grid forms below the racing surface, we will not need to move from the Grid. But Similar to qualifying at Sunset Speedway, One driver qualifies at a time. Once each driver has completed their 2 flying laps, on Lap 4, line up behind the drivers who've not qualified yet. Times will be gathered once everyone is finished.

Race:

Race will be 2- 50 lap segments. Cosmetic Damage. One Mandatory Pit per segment. Lap 1-Segment 1 will be Grid formation & Pace Lap. Lap 1-Segment 2 form up at pace speed (lobby would switch from random to lobby points between segments).

Cautions:

One or more cars involved. Pace speed is 80mph. If it comes down to a 'Green-White-Checkered' restart within the final few laps of Segment 2, segment 2 will finish under caution, and will set a 9-lap 'Segment 3' to have 3 chances to finish under green.

Yea Richy does this clash with VM ALMS GT races though?

I believe the VM ALMS GT series starts 1hr before the TASCAR does (3pm est), and Facepalmer told me he wouldn't be able to make the tascar races seeing he's participating with that series

I'll be supporting our TASCAR series over the VM ALMS series.

9 so far... but we do have this issue of Silentalarm and slider not connecting to each other

You'll get there mate. I know that connections are a pain in the backside but we tried hard to get you back into the second part of the race, and when nothing gets resolved, it's such a disappointing feeling. But you should stick with all the remaining rounds. Its really good to see you back racing with us.

Bloody hell! What a close finish between myself, Pawley and Mark! I can't remember the distance exactly but I think it was less than four tenths between the three of us at the finish.
With 6 or 7 laps to go, I was praying that nothing would happen and I could finish at the front. But then, something did indeed happen. Myself, Chaddy and Mark going three wide at the last corner and we all collided. Then I thought S***! So I consider this a lucky race to recieve a get out of jail free card! lol

im moving car for the next race not happy with the 1st 3 races a joke really. not 100% with the blocks from dan but everyones going to disagree on that.

From the start i knew this would be a good meeting for me and it was after winning the 1st 50 laps, was on fire, not even a mistake the 1st bit. I could of turned into kyle busch/ kevin harvick, but didnt. just feel really let down by tonight.
