Just a thought i have been looking over the championships ran this year and all the series dont have a high turn out expect iscc but there is not many entries for each class so would it be an idea the adjust the points system to suit the playing feild we get. Maybe strating at 25 points and giving out to the top 12 as we can just about get one lobby full

That was basically the points system for ISCC this past season, except it was Top 10 in class instead of 12.

Nooooooooo that would mean i prob wouldn't get any points. most of my points come from attendance. I know you shouldn't get points for attendance only, but you guys are much better drivers than me, i try to improve as much as i can like learning to use the clutch and turning off assists and even learning to tune my cars. these do improve my times but most of the tracks im at least 2 seconds off the next guy.

well whatever happens to the point system i will still race cus its the enjoyment of attending organised clean events than going on the public (demolition derby) lobbies.

Im the same boat as you oz but do feel for the back feild guys to get a point is a better result then the current status of getting 20 odd points for coming last

yea must admit a sense of achievement for getting a point would be nice, i bet those bacl runners cherish their meger points in F1

but then again even if they award points for the top 12 finishers in each class then i think i will get points as you normally dont get more than 12 drivers on each race.

not blaming or slagging down the top drivers, but its always the same names that win, so i think they should come up with a better handicap system. I do like the handicap they have at the mo in ISCC where you get a power decrease if your on the podium, but i think it can go better than that like reduce the PI for those winners and maybe increase the PI for those that came last and 2nd to last, this will squeeze the field in a bit more. i dunno just an idea.

Think the last few races have been about 14 but goes down to 9 or 10

Plus like I have said before I think there should be a split league type event where for example you have the fast guys in there race in the 458's on sunday at 8 and then have the slower guys in a support race lets say the fait 500's sunday at 8 so get two events running so the likes of us slower guys have a chance of winning a race. Could make it if you finish in top places in the championship then you promote up and the slow guys from the fast lobbies go down? but just ideas really

that was the origional plan anyways but we changed it because at first there were many driver who weren't scoring any points at all. (like 9-10 drivers per class) so we opted out of doing it that way.
