Nope, this is the new Cup car. Well, I say ''new'', it's still the COT, but these are the new body rules. The manufacturers wanted more brand exposure out of NASCAR. The new Nationwide cars from a few years back were the first step in this direction!
Dodge have their new car in R&D as we speak, and it's meant to look the dog's danglies. NASCAR will be testing these new cars extensively over 2012 for their introduction at the 2013 Daytona 500.

It does a bit, yeah. Seems to fit in with Ford's new North American styling.
