Thanks Zeta for that practice earlier, was good fun, not my best drives, excluding hockenheim but it was great fun, didn't realize the races were so short and intense, you'd be hoping you get a good grid position for the win haha, or 3rd, 5 times....

Welp, soon the DTM event will commence. During a small practice session, I noticed when I was hosting no one's liveries were showing up. If that happens, my co-leader will host.

I'll check the forum once more tomorrow night. Till then, see you all Sunday.

*edit* looks like we won't be seeing a full lobby on race day. Already had another entrant drop out followed by the replacement not remembering they signed up.

Any chance we could run limited damage with a mandatory pit stop? Forgive me for not scanning the thread if this has been discussed.

could not make it last night due to power cutt in my block. Edinburgh is currently haivng a tram system put in and as such the stupid sodz manage to hit a major power cable at around 22:10 last night and i was in darkness till this moring. I even missed the last race in the GT championship due to it,,very bad mood this morning

Had a lot of fun racing last night. Bruno, next time you lap me flash your lights or honk your horn Zeta I'm sorry I booted the hell out of you in that one race. I don't know if I was avoiding someone else and ran into you or if I just didn't expect you to brake then. Overall that was fun racing and really the times weren't all that different. A lot closer than when Bullet and others get to tune their cars and typically walk away from the rest of the field. Lets do this again!

I think F4H bullet has an unfair advantage using a 2088 spec car

This one's a late reply that I need to answer. As the races were no more than 5 laps each and with the battles going on, the limited damage + mandatory pit stop wasn't needed. Actually, it's a good thing they weren't considered.

It's ok Volks, we didn't get started until 11pm due to NAT conflict-ions. One of our club members had to drop out which I'm a little mad about. Eh..

Oh wait, you were the one who spun me out at Iberian? Sorry, I have not watched the replays -yet-. I know everyone is focused on the main events, and this was a great opportunity to invite some of the TORA members to join us.

Ok, a non reply message to all:
I want to thank those that were able to attend last night. You gave my car club what they wanted: competition. Trust me, this is the most fun they've had in months. I apologize about the NAT situation that got us starting 30 mins behind schedule. I stressed out about this as I'm still the new guy and want to show that I can be a reliable host and event planner. Concerning whom I hit or rammed into, that's 100% my fault. If you guys would like to continue participating with us; we have 5 more events to our 2012 season remaining. We're setting up a GT2 one nighter similar to last night's event on Sunday around the same time. No televised segment sadly.

As for the videos, I will try to get at least one race up every 1 - 2 weeks. As I have two days off and what have you. They will be placed in the video subforum.

Ugh.. lots to do with so little time.

Zeta... what kinda' car, give us a hint for Sunday. After tomorrows season finale for NATTC I'm free for little while. To reiterate, last night for me was FUN. No tuning involved.

Which GT cars can be used, and it will be this sunday? Had a good time sunday, and I'll see if I can get a few more F4H guys to show up.

Hi guys, my co-leader is still in the works of checking things over before it's ok to announce what cars will be open along with the tracks. I am also starting on the Mugello Club replay. Whatever I can get done will be moved over to Friday. Lots to do..

The first replay from Mugello club has been edited aside from the commentary track and whatever else is needed.

Round 1 coverage progress:
- The replay itself is edited. I will run it in an MP4 format with a dimension setting of 740 x 480. It won't be of awesome quality as my Desktop is nearing 8 years old.
- The starting grid theme song has been chosen, I'm sure a majority of everyone here will like the piece I picked.
- I have not done my commentary track as of right now.
- Made something of an opening aka DTM intro with Forza 4 replay footage found on the Storefront. Nothing really impressive.
- In the process of working on the Starting grid portraits and whatever else that's considered an edit in photoshop.

Hi all, the first round of the event is almost done. I have to record my commentary track and edit all of the footage together into one package. I should have it ready sometime next week.

Good news all, the first round is being rendered. I expect to upload the video by tomorrow afternoon for all to see. It won't be placed in this topic, instead it will be located in the media subforum.
