Incident involving : PLOW tubbi #180 & Flyin Mikey J #14


Following investigation by the stewards, the following decision has been made:

A verdict of "DSQ'd from both races" has been given. The stewards decided that although Race Tyres were fitted to the car, it was done accidently. Nevertheless it could of had an impact on the results.

I would like to apologise to everyone in A lobby for the entry of the aygo with race tyres, some of you may know I spent almost two months preparing the cars list, builds and rules to make each car as equal as possible.

The race tyres tune was one that was tried but not applied, this said when it was brought to my attention the race tyres were on the car, I fitted sport tyres with max width, the pi was the same, and then ran a 1:03:9 round tsukuba, this can be proved in a lobby with anyone if it will please you.

With this in mind I would like everyone's thoughts on the disqualification ruling, a mistake had been made by myself, this must be paid for, but the series is too short for a recovery from a disqualification from two races by anyone, this will effectively exclude myself from any championship contention.

Would a suggestion of only 50% points being awarded be out of place, I welcome your thoughts.

PS, Mikey blindly ran my tune with race tyres assuming everything was ok.
