V8 supercars Armorall Gold Coast 600

hey guys, so this weekend, my brother, dad and i are going to the gold coast 600, i know it's not the biggest race on the calender, but it is the end to the endurance section of the V8 supercars calendar. anyway, i am going to be taking my camera and will be taking (my best attempt at) taking photos of the V8 utes, Australian GT, aussie racing cars, Porshce cup, TCM, stunt teams and of cause the V8 supercars, i will be posting pictures of them on here after each day. i unfortunately cannot go on the Saturday because my dad and mum have to go to a wedding (grumble grumble). I will however be there friday and sunday so i can take a heap of pictures then,

there is also a classic car show there so i will have photots from that as well for those intereted. it's also worth noting that my camera is no where near as good as what i've heard Carrera's is but it does the job, so yea, that's it, just thought i'd let you know that i am doing this for everyone who is interested

oh one last thing: i'm hoping we can drive the track (where it says car course rides) so i will be driving (if dad doesn't take over) and filming it while i drive for those who want to see a 16 year old australian drive a V6 Holden around a race track, as most 16 year olds do...

My favourite V8 Supercar race of the season Absolutely love how the Gold Coast 600 runs with the International race, very excited to see who's fast in these cars!

The GC600 is always great. Always a bahstard to catch. On too late.

I also miss the Champ Car races there (hence why the event is still known as 'Indy')

On a tape delayed basis in a two hour program. The same way it has done all season, but at least we got to see the whole season... next year looks doubtful at best as FAUX Sports is ditching most of SPEED's programming in favor of baseball.

Guys, I need help,
So it's currently 10:40 pm, I planned to be asleep 40 minutes ago cos I have to get up at 5:30, it's still 22 deg C 70% humidity, my fan is up full and it's still like living in an oven, and I can't sleep cos I'm excited, what can I do to get to sleep!!
Please guys, I need sleep, or tomorrow I won't be able to enjoy it :/

ok guys, i've been out majority of the day, 7:30 am to 7 pm and i'm exhausted. took 500 photos, give or take and i'm currently combining all the videos i took so they're easier to watch, will post the links soon
was an awesome day, unfortunately the videos dont do the cars justice, sound wise because that Merc, was like orgasm in my ears and sent shivers down my body, when the V8s downshifted and it spat flames/backfired, it felt like you got punched in the throat, it wsa amazing
