We are having major issues at the moment, the 3 staff that were due to be running the event are not longer available, due a few different reason, I am trying to update things from my iphone but it's just not working.

We may have to cancel this event unless a few of you guy can run it it?

If you are able to help i can add you onto the google docs and you will have access to the timings table to sort the lobbies etc??

If it was to be postponed until next week, for example, then would registration still be closed or could a few more teams be able to sign up? Some people have had to drop out due to other commitments but may be able to run next week.

When is this event? I maybe able to host a lobby and not race

I can only apologies there is no1 available to help with this at all, i.e. sort the lobbies, send out invites sort all the results etc.

I feel delaying it until next weekend would be the best option!

Ian i've done this countless times with the docs and ran many events this way. Just add me and i'll look after it

Do you need more lobbyhost's il do stint 1 and my teammate can hold stint 2 what ever lobby that we are in

Just a tip here, on the Google documents excel sheet, any columns that involve times, reformat that column so it's in text. Otherwise you're going to end up with it automatically rounding off the number like it's done with a few times in the first post on this thread.

Guys all I can do is apologize for how the staff involvement has all fallen apart, it's been circumstances outside of our control ranging from being called into work to sorting out mortgages, things that came up pretty last minute.

I appreciate that there are nearly 80 people expecting to race which is why we were hesitant to cancel it last minute, but with Chris, Bandicoot, Chucky and everyone else helping it has been a life saver for this event.

I will try to make it up to you guys who help run and host today, and for taking time out of your day to help with it. We have many DLC codes for Horizon to give away this weekend which has been slightly put on the back burner, but I'll see what I can do
