Hello all, hope you all had a beautiful christmas.

On Sunday 23rd December Sebastian Loeb Racing - STR (1 half of the STR family) had a test session around the famous Hockinghiem Ring, The team was given the whole run of the famous Hockinghiem facilitys, but the team wanted to only use the short track. The team had a very productive session getting the final touches done to the tunes and finding out how the car handles with a high fuel load, new tyres, low fuel, worn tyres (I think you get what I mean). On the down side is that 2 of the 3 replays wasnt saved so i could only get a couple of pictures as shown below,







On Thursday 27th December, STR took delivery of it's christmas prezzie....... A Porsche 911-GT3 Cup Car in its beautiful Red Bull - Playstation design, The team wanted to test with it straight away so the team flew out to Japan to the famous Motegi full circuit, The Mclarens also flew out with the Porsche as well as the teams new driver CD 195. CD wanted to test the teams new Porsche and give it a good run so he did just that but 16 laps into his 30 lap run JamesHall94 in his Mclaren was on a hot lap and caught CD at the difficult double apex left hander that is turn 3, They both tried getting out of the way of each other and in doing so they had a big crash, resulting in a very big bill for a brand new Mclaren and a brand new Porsche, It was an accident and both drivers acknowloged that there could have been a bit more communication, The photos of the test are below.
