XPR's First LIVE Broadcast!
Hello Everybody!
Tonight is XPR's fabled Friday Fun Night/Friday Bonanza! We will be getting some Soap Box Derby action going on as well as XPR Soccer/Football (whatever you want to call it
) and our always hilarious XPR Figure-8 racing!
Tonight is a special night, however. Tonight, XPR Roadrunner will attempt to stream the whole night, live over on his LiveStream account. The OP will be updated with link as soon as it becomes available. Tonight's events will be the test bed for how we do our growingly popular Friday Night events and hope this is the foot in the door for some North American flavour inside the TORA Commentry box (*wink wink).

tester is over, but Live Stream saved the video. I did have my laptop running beside me with audio on, so I could see if it was working, so there is echoing in the video, but tonight I will have my laptop muted so that there isn't any.
Let me know what you think.
Also another note: my upload is worse here at res than it is at home, so the home stream will be better, AND I was using Windows Media player, so the CPU usage was rather high.

mostly default settings. I was streaming from my Lenovo ThinkPad 520. I have the regular Hauppauge hd pvr.

Was wondering if there was any way of being a bit more organized for the "XPR Soccer/Football" matches and have people paint their cars with their numbers on them instead of running with force team colours on.

What really got me thinking this is watching the video of the stock cars (aka: NASCARs) playing. If everyone that was thinking of participating painted their Ford blue and Chev red with their numbers it would be something of a start.
At least when we all pick different cars you can somewhat figure out who is who.
