- All members of the Association must respect the rights of others. To protect the safety of our members and maintain an enjoyable experience on the Association’s Forums and during Race Meetings, the Association’s Staff may take action as prescribed in this document. The member is liable for all activities conducted through their forums account. Parents or guardians are liable for the activities of their child. The Association will not tolerate the following activities on any online service that it operates:

1.1. Causing distress to another member, including but not limited to harassment, threats, fraud, unwanted attention, and unwanted contact via chat or message boards.

1.2. Abusive, defamatory, threatening, or offensive language or behavior.

1.3. Bigoted, hateful, or offensive statements against any religion, race, nation, gender, age group, or sexual orientation.

1.4. Participation in antisocial, disruptive, or destructive behavior. This includes but is not limited to, "flaming", "spamming", and "trolling". "Flaming" is defined as: Posting content that is deliberately hostile. "Spamming" is defined as: Repeatedly posting unwanted content. "Trolling" is defined as: Posting content that is deliberately intended to provoke a vehement response from other users.

1.5. Impersonation of others, including, but not limited to, Association Staff or other Association members.

1.6. Posting personally identifiable information of another user, including but not limited to their real name, address, phone number, or private email address.

1.7. Posting or transmission of sexually explicit, obscene, vulgar, or otherwise offensive images.

1.8. Posting or transmission of unauthorized advertisements or promotions.

1.9. Offering or solicitation of copyrighted content that you do not own all rights to without the express written permission of the author or copyright holder.

1.10. Offering or solicitation of material that might be deemed illegal, indecent, or obscene.

1.11. Solicitation of other members' passwords and/or credit card information.

1.12. Posting or transmission of any destructive software, including but not limited to viruses, Trojans, or worm files.

1.13. Participation in or discussion of violating any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

For all offences the following action may be taken:
2.1. An email warning may be issued to the member at the discretion of the Association.

2.2. Editing, deletion or closing of the post, thread or message.

2.3. The closing of the member's forums account.

2.4. Temporary suspension the member's forums account.

2.5. Permanent banning the member's forums account. User will no longer be able to log into their account.

The following can result in the notification of proper legal authorities by a representative of the Association:
3.1. Threat of physical harm to oneself or any other person made through the the Association's forums.

3.2. Offering or solicitation of material that might be deemed illegal, indecent, or obscene. This includes but is not limited to, child pornography, illegal drugs and pirated software.

3.3. Harassment of a member of the Association's Staff.

All members are expected to read and be familiar with the TORA Sporting Regulations
4.1 The TORA Sporting Regulations must be adhered to at all times in conjunction with the Rules and Regulations specific to any Championships entered into.
