    Hello all,

Team #XPRBspec had a little test weekend at the beautiful Calabogie Motorsports Park in Calabogie, ON, Canada this past weekend. Rui (XPR Rooster) was there renewing his racing licence and Stephen (XPR Roadrunner) was there to get familiarized with the tech side of life and help set up the car for the track and general maintenance.

To Rui and Stephen's surprise, Kuno Wittmer of SRT Motorsports was an instructor this weekend, and was giving invaluable tips to Rui. They even go to hang with him a little bit, even showing them his all-carbon fibre pedal bike!

    Click to take breath:

    Now then, news.

As we have announced last week, we now have a club sponsor in Canadian Touring Car Championship driver, Rui Teixeira. With this, a new opportunity can be had to try to get our club members into physical racing seats in real world. With this, we are pleased to unveil the first virtual entrant...

Today, Xtreme Performance Racing and Canadian Touring Car Championship driver, Rui Teixiera, announce a new partnership for 2014. This partnership has spawned a new Driver Development program, which will allow members of XPR a chance to convert their virtual racing career into one within the physical world.

Teixeira is quite optimistic about the new partnership, “XPR is a great virtual racing team to be a part of, and to now be officially associated with them outside of Xbox. With...

Well, 2 weekends away from Round 1 of the Canadian Touring Car Championship and we have already won something!

Rui Teixeira (XPR Rooster) was asked to bring his B-Spec Honda Fit to a Canadian Tire Motorsports Park (Mosport) booth at a local mall in Pickering, ON Canada to promote their facility.

Here is Rui and the crew unloading the car:

So, now that the Virtual Canadian Touring Car Championship is upon us, it's time to announce some very exciting news!

Not only will XPR be competing in the XPLR CTCC as the virtual version of Lombardi Honda Racing, we will actually be competing with the real team! Our newest member to the team, Rui Teixeira (XPR Rooster) looks to be returning to Lombardi Honda Racing in the B-Spec Honda Fit this upcoming season. We will also be fitting XPR and XPLR decals on the car (not seen in any of these photos, as this was testing from last year).

A year ago today, XPR was founded. We started small, and have worked our way into a mature and well rounded team.

With championships in hand, we can say we are proud of what we accomplished.

The Co Leaders would like to thank all those within XPR and those that have worn the badge over the last year.

    Happy Birthday, well deserved guys:

With our combined finishes in yesterday's ISCC race, XPR Roadrunner (P2 in LMPC), XPR Moontower (P8 in LMPC) and XPR Soundwave (P6 in GTE) completed 337.40mi!

For our last race for charity this month, we visited Road Atlanta. XPR Moontower finished 3rd at 216.7mi, XPR Soundwave completed 197.5mi and XPR Roadrunner lagged out, but finished 22mi. Bringing that race total to 436.2mi

With our promise to donate $0.10 for every mile completed, that makes our donation $81.04!

EDIT: With Roadrunners dropped connection, had he finished on the pace he was making, that would...

XPR has swept the Drivers, Teams AND Privateers Championships!

After a long hard fought season of touring cars, the last more than likely for many (if not all) on Forza Motorsport 4, we have multiple shining accomplishments to put on our wall!

    Thanks Deuce for the photo!

Starting with the drivers championship, not only did XPR Venom claim the championship (repeating the feat), but XPR Moontower, XPR ChicaiN and XPR Soundwave slotted in 2nd thru 4th! XPR Xtremist finished 6th...

If you have no idea what I'm talking about then listen up!

Basically you don't shave off your mustache for the whole month of November in support of Prostate Cancer Awareness. There is a site, movember.com where you can sign up (and to donate as well).

To help the cause, XPR will be making a donation based on our combined performances during Sunday's ISCC Race. For every mile we complete as a group, we will donate $0.1.

Apart from the Virtual SRT Motorsports cars, some of us (myself included) will sport mustaches on our cars too

After a successful run together in the championship winning Flowtech Renault Megane drivers, Soundwave and Venom parted ways to bring new talent into the series. So with out further delay, lets kick this off.

After such a strong performance last season, XPR is looking for another shot at the TCC Championship. Finishing 2nd in Teams Championship last season, they have revamped the team and ready to get this season underway. XPR had a feud in the offseason with the Citroen manufacture, in which they couldn't reach a deal. After much debate, the team has found a new manufacture to compete in. With the drivers running the Renault Megane this year, the rebuilt team should have a strong chance at the ultimate prize.

XPR Bilstein is the new sponsorship they have chosen to run on the Megane...

Let's recap TORA 24hrs of Le Mans, shall we?

Even tho they were not on an official XPR teams, XPR members II Alex P II and XPR Mad Dog grabbed both poles to start the race. Unfortunately they both had problems and finished well down the order.

    On to the main teams!

Despite a missed stint, the XP Racing team of XPR Gillard, XPR Overdrive, FMS Topsecret and XPR Roadrunner finished 9th overall in the Jaegermeister Audi R18.

Probably the best result of the race for XPR was the Virtual SRT Motorsports Viper (XPR Team Pennzoil) of XPR Soundwave, Moontower1,...

An endurance race is not just about speed, but about will and determination. Sometimes the most joy comes from a completion over the adversity and the trails that come. For us at XPR, thats exactly how we feel. Though we did not win, get a podium or even finish in Top 10 in both overall and classes, we are all very happy to have at least competed and completed the 12hrs of Sebring.

As a team, we all learned a lot. We filled up our notebook of Do's n Don'ts and we have already begun planning for Le Mans. But in the meantime, here is our race recap.

    So lets back-track a bit:

February saw monumental growth for XPR, both in drivers and our series presence. But during all this, we have been hard at work on testing cars for TCC, NATCC and TEC. Even our website designer and social media experts have been hard at work shaping the team website and expanding our presence to Facebook and Twitter. Which of those, by the way will be the places to check first for upcoming sneak peaks and spy shots of our future cars.

    Now to the present:

After a mad-dash during the opening hours of Sebring Registration, we were finally...
