not quite. in the gameplay video linked there, you can see a small paved area just to the inside of the exit-apex rumble strip of the corkscrew. That's never been in Forza to my best knowledge. Lighting looks much better though

Nope. You can pick up on quite a few things. I was there a couple years ago and noticed a few differences, Deftone was there this weekend, so he'd be able to tell you more.

Maybe it's a contractual thing, but the Red Bull bridge has been at Laguna for many years now and isn't on the new track.

the current Ferrari 458 Thrustmaster wheel is really cheap compared to some wheels and still great quality, but no force feed back, so didn't bother because if i wanted none couldve got the new microsoft wheel...
but looks amazing i want it!!! if it has FFB

only problem i have with Fanatec is the price..
the current one so (besides elite) Best of everything is around $550 for me PLUS SHIPPING which is ridiculous
that however is $400, with free shipping
and it's a ferrari 458 wheel, huge soft spot

There was talk of an adaptor to make Fanatec's Xbox One compatible, but nothings been announced on that yet. Thrustmaster are now the official hardware partner, Microsoft seem to have dropped Fanatec despite them being the official partner for Forza 4.

I know, I don't know what sort of quality that Thrustmaster wheel will have but I have used the T500RS on numerous occasions and I think it's a pretty great wheel. Hopefully the quality carries over, but it's still nothing compared to the (probably too expensive) CSR Elite that I have. I'd like to see some sort of connector for it so I can use my wheel, but I'll struggle racing without a wheel at first.

I also have about 6 others for our commercial use that we'll need to get working Razz

Has there been anything on an official Xbox wheel yet? I use the 360 one and it's good for me, so I'd buy the next gen version of that if there was one.
