MSA TORA ISCC Season 5 - General Discussion (part 1 full)

very confused here guys, i thought i had seen somewhere that there was 2 qualifying rounds on thursday 19th and 1 on sunday 22nd before the race? now i see the 2 rounds have changed date to thursday 20th which doesnt excist? and for some reason the entry form still shows as this:

Select which qualifying session you will attend. Signing in for qualifying automatically enters you for the race on Sunday at 2000 BST.
Q1 - Thursday 12th Sept @ 2000 BST
Q2 - Thursday 12th Sept @ 2000 CST
Q3 - Sunday 15th Sept @ 1900 BST
RO - Race Only

The form is incorrect but do post as you are and we will correct the entrys back of house.

So if you post for Thursday 12th (Q1) your name will be put down for Q1 on Thursday 19th.

I signed up for Q1 on Thursday, and just to be clear and make sure I'm on at the right time, it's at 3pm EST correct? I don't trust myself when converting time.

Yes, 3pm EST is correct.

No, because 0.5 is a half unit of measure, in this case 0.5 would be 30 mins.

2.4hrs is 2hrs 24 minutes.

Does the sign in form for anyone else still say Hockenheim?

FYI - We will be lengthening the qualifying session to 20mins due to track length for Le Mans.

I'll fix the track name in the form (tsk, some people are so picky!!!)

I rolled the damn porsche over with a garbage lap time and dirty .. 4:04.1 dirty .. christ  

3:30.031. 2 seconds off my best  This track is the only track more hateful for dirties than Catalunya and thats the next round

Just wondering if there's a hold up with lobby D? Haven't got an invite or heard anything yet? Been on since the end of Q3 which finish about 19:40

We were at a slight struggle tonight, with two of the main staff who usually organise the LiveTiming away for the weekend, with a few of us doing our best to pick up the slack.

I'll answer your statements best I can.

1: Can you refer which adjustments were needed?
2: It is the hosts duty to remember, but if the host lagged out, and others arn't sure, not to worry, as the replay can answer this correctly for you if you can make one available.
3: Not sure why he left as is extremely rare, most likely an internet issue as we cannot get after him post-race and he is not showing up anywhere else.
4: I agree is a pain in the a***, but a good way of getting round this if it was to happen, is to have 3rd or 4th place to drive around the track to meet his distance, and go from there.

Once again we apologise for any errors, and will do our best to resolve them
