I tried out the Lamborghini earlier this week an got a mid 2:02. Consistent 1:52's and dipping into the 51's in the Oreca

Extracted every ounce of tuning ability and talent I have but can only manage a 1:42.6xx round Suzuka in the Lola Aston. But still, nearly a second a lap quicker than the last time we ran ISCC around here (2011 Asia Series) so pleased with that progress Very Happy

Which LMP are you using?
I'm in the Honda, but any of the LMPs should do a 1:41.

I've found that GT cars are faster with no aero on most tracks. My 458 was actually faster on Mugello with all the aero off!

i ran Mugello with maybe 1/4 to 1/3rd downforce. i tried a max downforce tune, which slowed my times down by a couple tenths.

I ran Mugello with full downforce on the beamer, and it was pulling 163 on the straight I think. Round Suzuka I'm getting 160/161. How does the Ford stack up?

at Mugello with the setup i ran, i hit 170/171 (i posted a vid clip from A lobby of me keeping pace with Soundwave as he was lapping me)

do not recall the speeds out of the Ford at Suzuka, but the tune i'm prepping for my MKR guys have just a hair more downforce than last meeting's setup

Hovering around the 2:03 mark nearly 02's but I just don't know what to do with this Aston. Constantly fighting over-steer then under-steer around some corners.

So annoying when you know you can do mid 02's. Mad

Did some testing with low downforce, I was a couple of tenths slower. Probably due to having practiced with high downforce and got used to it.

Probably also has something to do with the fact that the M3 is front engined and the Ford is rear engined.

If you're running full downforce try knocking some off to make the car less twitchy.
Also, how have you got your camber and roll bars setup?

First test with the Aston used previous round set-up with 2-3 minor adjustments.

Got a 1:42.007 Wink (Clean)
and 1:41.758 (Dirty)

Not sure if its any good though. Neutral
