I haven't played a game on Steam in years... I'm having to reinstall Steam on this Laptop I only used to have Gmod and HL2 and my old laptop could barely handle it

After purchasing and downloading Tomb Raider, The Walking Dead and the Hitman collection I have 20GB left on my storage drive.
Bought Hotline Miami too.

I missed out on Hotline Miami, apparently it's pretty good Hopefully it's in the encore.

I was tempted by Remember Me, but since it's pretty new it is still a bit expensive and I don't know enough about it. Will probably be cheaper next time.

Anyone used STEAM for OSX? I was a beta tester a while back but only briefly as I found the pace at which issues were addressed unacceptable considering I still had to pay for content. There was a discount but when nothing works correctly and you can only play against other Mac users it was not worth the cost or aggrivation.

Played through the first couple of levels, it's quite fun actually Has this huge late-80s vibe and seems very much inspired by Drive I feel. Really fun and also challenging Hotline Miami 2 is coming out soon I think.

I have been a bit disappointed by the Steam Sale this time around so far. Most of the games I already own, either from the last two sales or on a different console. I bought Surgeon Sim last month and it's pretty funny

Got Trackmania 2 though  

What are these trading cards and badges all about? I've got a couple of cards from games I don't even own. Are they basically just like achievements?

Top tip:

If you see something on sale that you think is worth grabbing but won't get a chance to play for a while, buy it as a GIFT.
Then, when you're ready to play in 6 months time, send the gift to yourself, unpack, install, play, WIN!

Also, watch out for the flash sales, deal of the day, and fan picks.  You'll kick yourself if you buy something that's 30% off today, and then 75% off tomorrow!!

I bought the GTA Trilogy (3,VC,SA) for £8 the other day... Now they're doing the Complete Collection (3,VC,SA,4,EFLC) for £9!!!!!  Then again, I probably wouldn't be able to run 4 ad EFLC anyway

Yeah, last sale I bought Saints Row 3 on its own but a few days later the complete version came out with all the DLC.
