What pisses me off is why you all have to moan if it's not your way. How would you like it if you were placed ahead of us and I went in and said "That's unfair. We won an event. CRA team (x) haven't. Why are they ahead of us? Pweeeease put us in front of them. *Saucer eyes*

You see, it's a bit of an eye for an eye situation here. You're taking liberties now.

CRA is not moaning, I am.
If there is something not right imo, I respond. Rogue changed the points and imo it is much more fair now.
If I pisses you off with my posting/behaviour, so be it.

Since there was again a sandbag thrown to me( or CRA) and also Richy threw that to me in a discussion, I will respond on it.

Sebring we drove A lobby and we were 2nd
Le Mans we drove D lobby and we were 2nd
Road America we drove B lobby and we were 3rd.

So you see, it doesnt matter at all which lobby we are driving, we are consistent enough to get on the podium everytime (so far).

Does crashing me out at Road America count towards your "consistency?" We had the lag out anyway but that was the nail in the coffin. Was the lag out our fault? No. Some guy split five of us out stint 1. Who knows where we'd have been if we'd have stayed strong throughout.

Then you'd have had NO grounds to bitch like you have and seems like you ALWAYS WILL. So by that, I find the "consistency" precedence totally bullshit. We might as well sandbag our asses into lobby 4 next time and just derp around with no real competition. Sound fair?

To have a win devalued like this I find particularly insulting. Makes me wonder why I enter our teams into this. If winning isn't the goal but getting one up in verbals afterwards is, why the [Censored] bother?

Motorhead I'm not sure what you mean by devalued, do you mean points wise? We just used our standard TORA points system for the TEC this year and is the same that affects our other championships. I realize that maybe this points system doesn't reflect the gaps between teams well and doesn't offer a bigger gap to a winner, but we thought it would be wise to just use our standard system.

I have to say I am surprised at the amount of whinging that is going on just now in certain series, but I guess this is what happens when the community starts to grow. It's a part of signing up to TORA that you respect your fellow members and treat each other with respect, maybe we need to start cracking down on a few things as we head into the end of the year.

Richy, it's not the actual points I'm concerned about. It's in the event of a tie, what will you stipulate to determine who's in front of who as currently there's nothing other than who cries first.

I'd like to know from you or other Staff what would be used in event of a tie then this won't happen again. I used the term devalued because our win doesn't seem to be the deciding factor in our current tie situation. That's what I found angering. The fact we earned a win and it means nothing towards "consistency."

Again, I'd like to know your stance on tie situations, and what you'd use as the main factor(s).

I'd say so as well, if a tie happens then it would be whoever had the most wins in the championship. If it was tied after that then it would be the next best result. So, if two teams are 1st but Team 1 has 2 wins and Team 2 has 1 win then Team 1 would win. If it is tied and both teams have no wins then it would be the best results, i.e. Teams 1 had a 3rd whilst Team 2 had a 5th.

If both Teams have 1 win then it would be who had the best next result, so Team 1 may have came 5th in a race but Team 2 may have came 2nd so they would win.

I think that's the fairest way we could do it, that is how I think F1 works on their championship stance. It would mean the teams that have the best result would be the better team in the standings. I am not sure on how the points are calculated just now, as they may simply just be points and the system has put them in that position but at the end of the Season the standings would be adjusted to cater for any ties from the season.

I was looking at the points and there's a big error in my team. It says that for Sebring we didnt run the same team name or car as LeMans.. We definitely did run the Ferrari F458 GT in both Sebring and Le Mans and under the team name Morreti Racing Team LMR.. We finished in 22nd in GT in Sebring due to lagouts. Can this please be fixed so we can get our actual points? Thanks !

This is really bad looking, imo.
Still no driver scores and also no update on the teamchampionship......

Adder do you have a young family? How about working 40+ plus a week? Trying to make work and home life balance with a young family is taking priority over updating a data base

If yes then you understand this is on my to do list its not bad its the fact we have real world jobs which take priority, this will be done this weekend, I have some time off this week woo hoo 2 days

We all have lives outside TORA, just do not use that same excuse every time. We heard this too many times...............

Just explain it in a normal way, you are a staff member, it can't be that hard to respond normally.

A lot goes in behind-the-scenes at TORA. Yes, we do all have lives and can only dedicate a certain amount of time to TORA, but sometimes that time is spent doing other important things at TORA.

There's a lot we can't really tell you, but updating a table for a championship in which the next race is two months away isn't at the top of our agenda right now. It will be updated soon though.

Until you start paying the staff to put these races and championships on, you really have no right to moan about stuff like this. My opinion.

Agree with Deftone comment completely.

Adder could have been more polite with his question in my opinion. Saying it looks bad etc is not fair on the staff and the first sentence reads quite sarcastic.

Yes it's nice to see updated tables etc but real life comes first, Every time

I have a feeling that when TORA had the idea for a year long TEC they had no idea it would be so complicated with all the car/team/driver changes between every round  

I will venture a guess that if there is a 2014 TEC the rules may be changed a bit for simplicity's sake.
