Re: MSA TORA ISCC Season 5 - General Discussion (part 2 use)
Sorry to bother but there is a problem with my registration. I´ve signed for the race but my information regarding teams and class hasn´t been updated. I raced in three rounds as a Privateer in the LMPC Class but an oportunity came up and changed to Lunchie´s Speed Shop, racing now in the GT Class. Whenever possible could any administrador update the info? The rest is in the registration thread.
Thanks.
Also do the tickets for the prize draw stack up even after changing teams?

Re: MSA TORA ISCC Season 5 - General Discussion (part 2 use)
Just found out that after pitting, the game gives you control of the car whilst looking at the pit wall, very little time to react if your not expecting it so be ready to straighten up upon exiting the pits unless you want front & sides aero damage

Stupid Question alert;
Do the drivers exiting pit lane have to stay within the white line all the way down to Turn 1?

Re: MSA TORA ISCC Season 5 - General Discussion (part 2 use)
I only ask because there have been 'incidents' where people have just blended back into the race track without doing the white line rule

Re: MSA TORA ISCC Season 5 - General Discussion (part 2 use)
The closest answer I could give you is this:
The rules state you must respect and keep to the track limits, which are the white and yellow lines.
It is kinda common sense not to veer straight across the exit of the pit into the racing line as you would be doing only a fraction of the speed compared to any traffic coming past at the same time.
So yes, keep to the marked exit to avoid penalty, and to generally keep not only yourself, but your competitors safe.

Track Limits
The track limits are determined by the solid white/yellow lines either side of the track. At all times, two wheels must remain on this part of the circuit, unless of an occurrence where it is near to impossible to keep two wheels on the track, like avoiding a collision. During a race meeting, each time the track limits are not adhered to, a warning will be given. Each driver are allowed five warnings of all four wheels leaving the track via the inside of a corner, at any part of the circuit. If a sixth and subsequent "corner cutting" occurrences happen within a race meeting, then that driver will lose a position for each corner cut. Again, if a corner is cut to avoid a collision, this would not be given a warning.
The track limits must be adhered to in the event of gaining an advantage whilst having an on-track battle. If a driver overtakes a driver by getting all four wheels off the track, the driver must give that position back before they may continue the race. If the driver which was overtaken backs off heavily either through incident or "mechanical" failure, then the position will not need to be given back.

Re: MSA TORA ISCC Season 5 - General Discussion (part 2 use)
Hi Guys,
I am planning to race tonight but not 100% sure if I'm going to be back home in time. I've signed in for Q3, if the host sends a invite and hears nothing from me then please start. I will hopefully be there for the race at least so will just run as DNQ (Not usually very quick anyway!)
Finger's crossed I can get back in time!
If there is any problems with this can you PM me as it will then pop up on my phone (won't be on the laptop again)
Thanks
Pidge107
