MSA TORA GT Season 11 - General Discussion

Qualified with an unknown car (as my it turned out my car was under the power limit and needed to be rebuilt) and then proceeded to be very average from there

Does the first round of TORA GT's always has XBL issues? Seriously someone somewhere hates us!

Few things i would like to say good racing from Lobby B not a good night for me and i know Barker was the same.
Do apologise to Beni Stingray we tried to get you back in i know you done network tests but seems that when you were trying to get in the lobby there was issues that were out of our control
There was a few lag spikes in the race as far as i am aware that no-one in Lobby B was broadcasting
Lobby B results are in but there will be no other results up till CQR Aero is about later so be patient on it please before anyone asks

First of all: I really had fun last night! Big thanks to Wingnut who managed the lobby properly   and who has everything well explained! (esp. for us newcomers)
I started at the very end (13 of 14) in our Lobby but from that point on it just could get better! After a good start I managed to be in 10th position. The LF-A was so good in the corners! But when I was turning on Hangar Straight with a Aston or a GT-R in the back I always lost position. After Pits I was 12th again and Wingnut was close to my diffusor. Too close, same story here, bending on Hangar Straight and lost position again (I guess Astons could run 7km/h faster and GT-R 15 to 20 km/h). 13th again I was hunting Wingnut till he has made mistakes. He spinned after the Arena. I was satisfied finishing 12th in race one.

Race 2 was even better for me. Somehow, everyone was spinning nearby me and others got crashed due to lag. Long story short: I was in 8th position in the end and went to bed after a great race.  

Well, sorry that I lost my connection, but it wasn't on my end. The internet provider for my town totally cut out for a couple hours Anyway, I'm looking forward to Catalunya. One of the best tracks in forza in my opinion.

Silverstone will be my dropped round so roll on Catalunya

You can drop one? Guess silverstone is my dropped one as well haha

Just did a 1:54.8 at Catalunya, but would like to know how competitive that time is?

It seems that so far a decently competitive time will be in the 1:53-1:55 range. What car are you using?

I think 52's will be tail end of lobby B come race night, no one has really run many laps to tune at Catalunya yet.

Agreed, pole will be in the 1.51's

Well I did a quick run in the silverstone tune and did a 53 flat think I might be able to sneak mid to low 52s

i have since ran a 52 while tuning and i am very average so top drivers will easily be in the 51s maybe even a 50 ?

I feel like the aston will have quite an advantage on this track. We'll see how it goes.

Can we also give the viper 5 extra Pi? Its a 1 build car at the minute

Should of tested more cars before the season began, you want 5 pi we all want 5 pi

The Viper was the one car I posted on my twitch stream when originally building it that it only has one build. You need to really push the car to the limit because it has amazing grip with high power but weighs a bit more then others. TRL Mcualey has a decent tune on Catalunya board's should try get a few tips as he's currently on pace with Aston and Corvette times.

If Long Beach is added to the calender, where will it be put in the calender.
