Rule Changes in Bold. The Original Rule Set called for Cosmetic Damage with Forced Stock Cars. Now thanks to some wise council the cars will remain with Stock upgrades but Tuning and Limited Damage will take effect at Silverstone.

However the Winners Showcase will still have Cosmetic Damage due to the track that it is hosted at not having a pit road.

Rule Change. I said three weeks of tuning and then I would make a decision on weather or not to let everyone tune for the rest of the season.

It is apparent that people are better tuners than others. It has also been abundantly clear that some people don't have the time to make tunes for their cars. So I will be forcing it stock for the rest of the season.

Do not complain about it, and don't ask me why. It is the only fair way to give EVERYONE a shot at winning or gaining spots on the race track. If you don't like it you don't have to race.

Damage will Stay on limited to cut down on bonehead moves and constant doorbanging that I have seen in other TCR Series. (thankfully not in mine. As the V8SC's proved to be great close clean racing even with cosmetic damage on.)
