Restart Zones

EVERYONE PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

This Section is for Restart and Start zones for the rolling starts.  Of course I got lazy and didn't take pictures for Motegi.  But Silverstone onward will have pictures of the Restart zone and markers leading up to it.  I will add once for each track after each meeting has taken place.

Silverstone Racing Circuit

For Silverstone there is a Control line in the middle of the Grid Slots and Three Post that have the Track Logo on them to drivers right.  The Leader/Pole Sitter can Start/Restart the Race anywhere from the Control Line to the Start Finish line.  This gives everyone a chance to get out of the final corner.  Below is a Picture of the Control line and then a picture of the Logo Post to driver right.

Hockenhiemring Baden-Wurttemburg

For Hockenhiem the Restart Zone will once again be from the Control line to the Start/Finish Line. The Control Line is a Red Line across the track on the Front Stretch that is located on the letter D of the First Santander Logo to Drivers Right. So basically once you hit the first Santander Logo on Drivers right on the Front Stretch you have reached the control line.

Yeah well I kinda wanted to give those at the back of the pack a chance to get out of the final corner before the green. At Motegi there were 2-3 cars still in the final 2 turns an they couldn't go as soon as the green was called.

Also Guys take note that the leader does not have to call the green right at the Control line.  He can wait as long as he wants.  But if the Leader does not start the field by the Start finish line then the Lobby Marshall/Host will call the green.

Hockenhiemring Baden-Wurttemburg RZ is up.  Please practice your restarts at 70MPH/112KPH

Also take note that this RZ is shorter than Silverstone and the line is kind of hard to see if you are not looking for it. So I would go off the first Santander logo on Drivers right.
