I really dont like the invite system and have to think of a way round it, maybe invite to party first or something I aint too sure

Lots of fun tonight. Almost enjoyed starting from the back. Might miss qualifying all the time now lol

Had a good race to finish 4th in the first race. Second race I mostly lost positions but still had some good fights. For the third race I started 8th. But after a crash involving most of the field on the first lap I fell down to 13th. But I was able to fight back to 6th, until I got overtaken, and finished 7th.

ok seems some of you are having major lag issues.

You need at least 2 - 3 meg upload to play on xbox 1 and a decent download make sure you are wired connection as well.

Also make sure that all entry's are added to friends list so you can invite to game quickly (you dont need to be a in a paty to invite just have them on your friends)

Set grid can only be done via timed start in grid slots

Been on the phone to BT, threatened to leave(muhaha). A software update as been applied    and if it's still the same( 31 ping/15Mb Down/0.73 Up) when we get a callback tomorrow at 2, they're sending out new equipment. I'm also going to invest in a 20m ethernet cable this week so hopefully that'll be the last time I have lag.

anyway, enjoyed last night even if my lag did wipe me and my team mate out in the first race, it still provided us with some exciting racing and overtaking.

Good to get a 1-2 in race 3 but probably destroyed any Driver/Team championship hopes I had with the first 2 races(Thanks BT) Sorry for the lag guys.

I've done a few laps around Road America, and the track is quite nice to drive around.

Hate the bump in turn 1

How are we going to do the start when there are no grid boxes.

Ah yes when I picked this track I didn't know the limitations of the starts in fm5. I will take a look and work something out

Could always do rolling starts for this round.

We've had this problem before, Get pole to line up at the start line and then 2nd should be a car length behind and so on.

And I'm with Ricky, I hate that bump at turn 1   

There is a line at the start line so as Devil said, pole will line up at the line then cars will line up behind with nose of car inline with rear of car infront but other side of the track. Pole is on the right on this track.

We will have to do the same next week at Road Atlanta.

If I knew this before hand I would have made the grid 2 cars side by side but oh well we started now, lets make it work and not try to make things difficult.

And that bump at turn one that will cause some fun on lap one

My best lap is a 1:38.9.

1.38.386 taking the 'forza line', 1.36.821 running over the kerb. Not sure what the ruling will be but would it not be easier to just let people take whatever line through the corner as there doesn't seem to be any clear white lines or track limits so to speak.

In my opinion, if it doesn't dirty the lap or there is no white lines then it should be allowed.

once again fastest lap over the 3 races and no win. maybe next time..or the time after that..or the time after that
