The catalunya finish line marked the mid way point of the series. PRT DHenriques added his 2nd victory to his impressive start to the campaign, with only 3 races left the championship is surely over. The Allied Forces boys had no luck on track, SpeedDemon64 and FlyingMikeyJ both drew the short straws in their battles through the field, SpeedDemon taking damage putting him to the back early on, and mikey just got beat up. F4H Nightmare claimed the last podium spot behind yours truly, he has the pace as proved in his qualifying times, but he hasn't had the rub of the green during the race until now. Mr Driv3 had a good qualifying session but couldn't find the luck during the manic opening laps, but Sir Marcos was able to pick up positions early on by picking his way through the chaos. This race had that theme throughout, you either survived the first 4 laps, or you didn't.

With the team championship still to play for, the 2nd half of the series should make for an interesting finish.
