Forgive me if I missed an explanation somewhere, but what is the basis for Expected Finish in the rankings?
Thanks, the "expected finish" is purely based on your current rating compared to those in the race. It says that if you are the highest rated driver in the race, you are expected to finish 1st for example. If you are the 13th highest rated driver you are expected to finish 13th. If you finish better than expected your rating will increase at the expense of those who were expected to do better than you. If you do worse than expected you rating will usually fall. When you do what is expected, your rating remains relatively unchanged most of the time.

If you are trying to say that there is no rule regarding the pits being closed following a caution...
TORA TASCAR Season 6 Rules and Regulations -> Section 9.0 Pit Stops -> 9.3: For TASCAR, oval races especially, the pits will be closed immediately following a caution. The lobby host will advise as to when the pits are open once the field is back up together.
