17 June 2009-IMSA Performance Matmut wins TORA 1,500 Km GT1 Class[b]

After 8 hours and 14 minutes, IMSA Performance won the 1,500 KM Challenge in GT1 and finished second overall, in a field of 4 LMP-1 cars and 4 GT1s. The race gave us a very good test for the upcoming Sebring event, as well as invaluable information for the Nurburgring event later in the season. The car racked in 58 full laps and an average speed of 107 mph

the thing isn't working

I am surprised you even went with the MC12, due to it not allowing people to add racing tires. Unless they want a U999 car.

there's really no need for it- the MC12 stock has good handling and the tires I have last longer than race tires but no problem in the handling department, it's 6.9

Its a stripped out race car, of course its gonna be a great handling car

I liked it a lot, but I felt the Zonda was a bit better especially with Sport Tyres on it

I'm not a fan of the Zonda, to be honest- I think it looks a 'lil goofy, lol

Maserati's good. i said i'd help you and my tune easily has an extra 1 or 2 seconds in it

and I kept trying to resize the image, but it was too big for the post

IMSA Performance Matmut has made the decision to move into the GT2 category after various tests with their Ferrari 575RGT. "We feel more confident as well as competetive in this class, as we are less than 2 seconds slower a lap at Sebring than our GT1 Maserati" Just days ago, the team recorded their best time with a 2:02.6 in the 575RGT, making them a team to look out for in the 2009 TLMS season.
