MB Motorsport

Ok, this is just a little thread just to post some pics and ideas that are being run by MB Motorsport in the Time Attack series.

The team will be running a Lotus Exige cup 240 in the club class. The team will be supported by its loyal sponsors of its GTC branch, including:

T-Mobile
Quicklight
Xtrac
Shell, and Shell V-power
Bridgestone
Brembo
Sparco
OMP
AMD

After a quick practice session at Silverstone, with times around the 58.9 mark, the team took a few pictures of the car.

UPDATE

sbiggs360 will also be running an MB Motorsport cup 240. Notable difference:

grey mark behind front wheels,
better driver behind the wheel! lol

Finally the team have finished preparing the originally planned Mugen Integra. The car was due to be round at meeting 1 but it was not ready. This was a costly mistake as the exige was exceptionally slow.

The team will run the car at meeting two, after posting low 1.57 and even a 1.56 at a test session today at Tskuba. Press pictures to follow shortly.

The team would just like to pass on an apollogy from racelegend MB1 for the connection issues during meeting two. These were definately unplanned and infuriating for the driver as well as the others racing with him and he would like to thank them for the patience and for putting up with the problems. He would also like to thank team mate sbiggs for posting times for him during the troubles.

However on a more positive note both drivers were pleased with the improvements and did as well as expected if not better for racelegend, with the times posted during the meeting. With conformation of the results coming soon, the team will comment shortly on that issue.

There will be some photos to be posted tomorrow of the new Mugen Integra being run.
