Calling all Ring Meisters!

I thought any of the second half season cars would be used. The FLM and V8C cars should be considered. Don't make me run one event just to qualify like I did for the 2.4. It is rediculous.

Don't worry this is an open and fun event. We will consider opening it up to lower classes but thought people would just like to race GT cars. The FLM R8 LMP car won't be in it as the top class is based on VLN which is basically GT2.

no invites are going to be set and you're already qualified for the event by being a member of tora gashi

When will the car list with pi's etc be revealed??

soon nick we have a preliminary list we have just aquired all cars last night (GT2/VLN that is) so testing will start very very soon! once we do that we will release PI's but expect it to be around the 745 range, some cars may beyond that but expect a handycap of some sort put on the cars that do.

Ok great! I thought it was going to be ran similarly to the 2.4 of LeMans which was invite only. Thanks for clearing it up.

awsome! Finally! PROPER classes for this race. Not that A****o TCM nonsense...

I was really looking forward to driving the TCM car here. Why would it be nonsense. Give everyone something to look forward to. I don't like the production cars much in Forza, so the GT cars don't get me excited.

The VLN class will consist of GT2 cars rather than production cars.

That is pretty cool! I am hosting a series right now with the ALMS GT2 cars. They are great fun once you get the balance all sorted. Awaiting a car list for sure now. I am starting to froth a little in anticipation!

they seem to be swinging towards the jag last i heard and i hate that thing so i think im gonna run zee porsche as a satelite team to theirs and yes it will be a hybrid

@troff - We were thinking the 19th?

Not quite yet, we hope to finalize this over the next few weeks or so. The main thing is it's pretty extensive.

I can confirm a car list is still in devlopment stages, but we are working al together towards a fantastic event

why hate the Jag Louis? that thing is an awesome GT2 car. it has nearly the same grip and braking capabilities of the DBR9, but with less power. the Jag is one of a certain few R-class cars i CAN drive/race without TCS, as long as it stays restricted.
