GT3 Testing

Anyone interested in some gt3 testing either tomorrow night or friday night.With the new PI on cars some testing would be good.

Biggs Racing's Gemballa Porsche test driver magictap spied in final Catalunya shakedown posting a 1:46.4xx on lap 3 of a 4 lap qualifying simulation. The new PI seems to suit this track!!

I've done a 1.46.4 as well magic

is that with my tune too!! lol ;O) Hopefully the chaps can give you a good battle

I hope so and its with the handling tune which just works everywhere im hoping for a good battle and Chillz is apparantely lapping similar times to you and me!

Is my test driver giving out confidential 200 page dossiers round the paddock? May have to have a word...

The Corvette is absolutely garbage around this track, but I have time to try to sort something out. Looking desperate at the moment though. Best lap currently is a 1:46.7xx. I have tested some other cars and got into the 1:45's, so I think it's just this car isn't suited to this track at all. It suits the handling cars a lot obviously. See you all Sunday.

These times now have me worried. I'm ok being a few secs off the pace but 10 is an obvious problem...

OK, is the start straight at Catalunya fairly bumpy? If I'm feeling that as I'm rowing up through 4th is that a sign of the need for better tire compliance and therefore softer springs and/or softer damping?

Best ive done is like a 48.9 with the viper. im using my old original PI 670 tune so i guess it needs some work. from the 10 pi we got though, im up about 1.5 seconds
