Re: Round 5: Turkish Grand Prix 2011 - Istanbul Park
There was confusion about entrants that were on XBL but weren't accepting invites or were playing other games and we thought we needed to split lobbies, but it turns out we didn't need to. But we just got on with it 6-a-lobby for convenience, as we were already 30 minutes late.
Sorry again for the confusion guys. I'm not used to running a whole event!

Hey, at least we got there in the end Connor! It was a great race, Grimm would have easily passed me, but he seemed like he was wrestling with the car a few times.

Ah right, was just a little confused.
One of those not accepting invites possibly would of been me, I was on Fallout: New Vegas and getting very close to putting my fist through the tv. Notifications were off.

Absolutely no problem Matt. It was a pleasure to help, it took a while cos we thought we had 13 people AFTER everyone was in a lobby so we split up and it turned out we only had 12! :@ But we left it as it was and was fine from there! I'm never again gonna complain about you lot taking so long to get sorted cos I now know how long it takes!

Hehehe. Well sadly with my marshalling starting soon I'll probably be asking people to host GP's again in the near future. Though expect me back for Barca
Incedentally, expect points and results to be updated by tomorrow

Re: Round 5: Turkish Grand Prix 2011 - Istanbul Park
I fully understand if no points are rewarded to me for this race. A lagout is still a lagout even if its on the last lap of the race coming out of turn 8..
I will continue to race in this series even if basically all my title-hopes dissapears if I dont get any points..
Allthough, if this happens to me one more time I will have tp withdraw from the series because I dont intend to practice for a full week and then end up with 0 points in the bag.. Of course I wont withdraw if I finish outside the points, but if I lagout when I drop my pace and just try to take the car to the finish-line then its a completely different story..
With that said. Ill accept the 0 points if thats what I get, but now you know my side of the story
