Running some DiRT 3 Events! Suggestions/Ideas?

I don't know about any of you guys but I love DiRT 3. I usually go on Joyride with my mates to just mess around and smash... I mean drift hell out of our cars! I was thinking on getting a few of us together on (TBC(What's best for you?)) night about 8PM GMT and do some Rallying, Head2Heads, Gymkhanas, anything really! What I need from you guys is;

Any suggestions or ideas you may have?

Any specific tracks/modes you like?

Most importantly, what night is good for you?

Will be testing various options and more info will be available when I know what I'm doing!

Ok so 2 people. Still not enough really. I think even you would agree that it would be more fun with more people. I'll keep bumping this thread for a couple more days but I am looking for about 6 or 7 people. Maybe more.

Good good. Gonna start tonight. About 8ish, I'll start sending invites at about 7.30. I think we'll do some rallying, trailblazing, head 2 head, rally cross and gymkhana if thats ok with you guys? If you don't want to do any of them, let me know and we'll change it for something else!

Was a great night!! Really great racing with you all!! If I am going to run this as a championship, then it would be done with a specific discipline every week. So we'd have a week of Rally, the next week RallyCross, etc. If you want me to, let me know and I'll get it all sorted.

I think we had some great racing ! Everybody hade their share of something and that was good ! I Really love the new Monte-Carlo stages ! they are really something !

If there was a championship I would be in ! even though I think catching up with the F1-championship is hard enough..

Lol! What do you mean "catching up"!?! Only the likes of the midfielders (like me and Micko) know what catching up is!

How about running a five round rally championship, allow for different classes with different lobbies if justifiable, maybe aiming for pro-open-s2000. Could run two loops of five stages per round with total times added to give the rally results

Every week for 10 weeks (9 weeks, one discipline, final week, a mix)
You choose the event for the 9 weeks (weekly poll, must do every discipline at least once)
Point system will be the same in DiRT 3
Starting September 8!

Rob, your co hosting it, with me and my other mate now, whos crying cos he thought I didn't mention it to him, and he wants to co host it, like it fricking matters. Anyway, you aint gotta sign up lol, you are already in!

Thinking about it, I might have to rework the points system. If we are gonna have more than 8, it will be a problem, might have to give points up to 20th place.
