Had a great first run in GTC today!!! Lots of fun if a little lonely, couldnt get it together in quali! Was around 0.8s down on my best in practice time puttin me in lobby B, knowing id have the 4s to make up to the guys in lobby A, got a great start challenged a few GTEs they all eventually passed me by lap 3, kept the clean quick laps comming and kept out of trouble when being passed by the quicker cars to finish 1st in Lobby 2nd overall giving Flawed Fish a 1-2 in our first race here at TORA!!!

Had a great battle with OcR Project239X for the majority of the race. he had better cornering capabilities in his Porsche, while i had a better top end. after my 2nd pit stop, and trying to make up lost ground, i two-wheeled it going into the very tight schicane section after the 'Bus Stop', which put me way off line, and tried to stop as best as i could, but still connected with the tire barrier on the left side. 39% damage on the front, 27% on the sides and lost 8mph of top end speed. a shame really, as i had finally got the handle of this car after my teammate PLOW RUN WIDE's assistance.

Fantastic racing there mate I really enjoyed the pressure............I suspect we'll being seeing more of each other in this championship

over react much? if you made it through 1 hour 14 minutes and 57 seconds without getting wrecked, i think it goes without saying that no one was trying to take you out...just calm down and move on...either to the next round in the series or to another organizer, but dont throw a temper tantrum like a toddler because passes are supposed to be called out, and you ended up paying the price for not doing so...

tora does a good job of putting these things together with competitive cars, and with being prompt in posting results, and standings...dont rag on them because something didnt go your way...there are plenty of people that had a great time with the event, so dont act like your opinion concerning this series is the only one that could possibly exist or be correct

The mileage is taken from wherever each lobby happened to stop (mostly on the pit exit). If anyone was slightly further round the lap they might have ticked over into the next mile, but as the mileage is then divided by the length of one lap, and then rounded to the nearest full lap, that isn't a problem.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get lapped cars to stay on thier goddamn line!!!! cause the P2 car in front of me could'nt see the GT car as he had pulled over, the P2 braked and i slammed into the back of him!

Good racing in lobby D, managed to get a lap on all the GTE's lappers/lapping was clean, a couple of dodge moves by P2 but all in all was good! Roll on Laguna!

ok so the people at fault here are the GT car and you chad. the GT car yes should have held his line, but the P2 car did hold his line and you didn't pass in a safe manner...

I WASNT TRYING TO PASs THATS THE WHOLE POINT!!! I was behind the p2 car and was going to follow him but he slammed the brakes on as he couldnt see the GT car as it way over the other side, HOW IS THAT MY FAULT!!!

I've raced with everyone at IFCA/VM. Stewards are gamers/humans over there, too. They miss things just the same. Quit trying to put these people and their series on blast. Things change and groups grow. Get over it or move on. This tirade isn't benefitting anybody. Constructive/positive critisism > Useless tirade. Team work helps series grow and iron out the kinks.

Thank you for the race. Many lobby only 2-3 car category.
It makes no sense to run a lobby LMP1/LMP2 vs. GTE / GTC ... especially when only 16 places in the lobby.
Rather, it would lobby the LMP1 and LMP2-Top7, Lobby B-Top 7 GTE / GTC, Lobby C 8-14 Top LMP1/LMP2, Lobby D Top8-14 GTE / GTC, and so on ..
I enjoy it more if the same 7-end 1-2, and GTE, and perhaps slower cars would battle for 90 minutes.
This is only my private suggestions, ideas.

The second is why during the race MUST continue to talk, laugh, burp, etc. ... See Lobby D.

I would really like TORA organization.

Well had a okay race. I wreck about 50 mins left. So I didn't come out like I wanted to. Came out with a top 5. That's all I needed to stay in 1st for points. Will do better next race. Got lots of work to do. Good racing in lobby a but have to say what happen at the end was not my team mate problem. There was no call out to anybody about him passing him and it didnt matter if he pass Jim or not you was not getting the next lab bc I came by with 15 on the clock and there was a p1 or p2 on the other side. So no room to pass. Just take what you got bc I wreck and not everybody can win the race. Just saying.

I thought that ISCC protocol was to finish the lap you're on and collect the overall time...therefore, I think the LMP1 results are a little off, seeing that the overall lap of Sunset Peninsula is more than 1 mile.

people are free to race wherever they want for whatever reason they want. I race other places other than TORA and have a lot of fun doing so.

Insanity is frustrated. The TORA 24 Hours of Le Mans in one of his stints he was hit by a p1 car. He's been hit in his races in the GT series as well. These post are not just from the one incident, its boiling over as he and many of the members of our team have been hoping for better luck in the races they compete in here at TORA, but seem to find themselves in quite a few incidents where to be honest we are not at fault as we are the ones getting hit. I was hit in both races of the opening round at Silverstone International on the first lap as well, but put my head down and worked my way back up trying to get as many positions before. I could have complained, but honestly I expect that type of racing here at TORA. By no means am I the smartest, perfect driver in the world as far as sim racing games, but anyone who raced in the last two rounds of Season 8 of TORA GT can remember how bad those races where. Motegi was pile up in turn 1 both times, and the last round at the ALPS was a joke. A few of the members of our team have said they are no longer going to race here from these experiences which saddens me as I want F4H to represent in many different sites as we love to race, but to many incidents in so few races has really turned a lot of us off.

"You're an F4H driver, you should have all the skill, speed, and grip you need to cut through the traffic when it's safe, not just try to slice through at whim." Just quoting Hellfire here, but please don't use the fact having F4H in front of our names makes us the perfect racers. We are human, just like everyone else and people make mistakes. I've honestly felt by having these 3 letters as a representation of our club in front our names has put a target on us. Only a few of us raced here before and we really had no problems, but we showed up with more members and things began to take a bit of turn as we saw ourselves involved in more incidents that where not of our own doing. The one thing that still gets me is how the SI against Magictap and Louis from Motegi just dissapeared without no explination from the Motegi round of TORA GT season 8, while the SI against IanMR and MOPAR001 where delt with. TORA has attraced some great talented teams as of late in CQR, many more members. Im just saddened to see my guys so frustrated they don't want to compete here anymore cause they feel they are always going to get hit, so don't see the point in practicing for weeks just to get taken out. For the 24 Hour race at Le Mans we had about 16 members wanting to race, now for the Britcar so we only have about 4 wanting to compete. Im not mad, or trying to be a [Censored], just backing up my teammate as the frustration finally got to him, and Insanity has been holding this back for a while. I'll continue to compete here, hoping to make a return to ISCC and Tora GT as soon as my work scheadule lightens up.
