**TORA Britcar** Marshals Help

Ok, its that time before the event where I leap in without asking and start helping the organising!

We need hosts for USA Sunday, and Weds 10pm qualifying. Beanz, I believe your already present for that session, so can you host too. Settings will find their way to you before you know it.

Friday has just become full with 16 people including Richy. Can someone host a secondary lobby so we can split the qualiers, and get more people in?

We can run two lobbies on Friday, as Ian will be down at mine so we can co-ordinate at the same time.

Yeah not a problem Simon! Yeah i'll pinch the settings off you at some point, and if you could just talk me through some of a the house rules i'll be more than happy to host it.

Hello everyone,

After qualifying tonight we will be sorting out the lobbies and which hosts will go where. M&M Racing is planning on cover all of whatever lobby we are in for hosting duties, however we will require back ups at all stages. Rogue Motorsport is planning on covering all of whatever lobby they end up in, but same as M&M, we require back up hosts throughout.

I would like all TORA Marshals (and I will recruit the stewards as well) to join me tomorrow morning (about 11am) for everyone who is willing to receive the setting to get them. We will get everyone in the lobby and then everyone will back out one by one so they can save the settings. We won't know the final details of who will be in what lobby until tomorrow morning anyway, but we need to get organized for this huge event
